Founded in 1998, serves a premier roster of clients including Fortune 500 companies and processes and protects millions of messages each day.POSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Administrator role is positioned to maximize the exposure of this person to our entire Sales team. There are many facets to this role, but it is comprised largely of providing pro-active administrative support to a department of twenty (20) Sales individuals and one Vice-President. This position calls for a detail-oriented, multi-tasking individual who possesses the ability to work within a fast-paced sales environment while providing various ad hoc reporting and project services as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Leads Coordinate, communicate, track, and report on effectiveness of sales initiatives Track key business metrics as requested Work closely with Marketing on Lead management, including input and manipulation within Salesforce.com Sales Operations Develop and generate various Sales reports for daily and weekly distribution Review completed contracts, ensure all are in accordance with company Sales policies and procedures Provide daily support within internal systems and across functional departments to coordinate, troubleshoot and execute contracts Assist in developing, and maintaining efficient internal sales processes, workflow, and documentation for the sales team Participate in key projects, including weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and creation of training tools and presentationsSales Team Initiatives Coordinate, communicate, and deliver weekly sales management meeting agendas Perform regular system, application, and file audits to ensure data accuracy Serve as point of contact for sales team questions regarding, customer lists, prospect lists, etc. Perform other related duties, as requested, to further the success of the Sales TeamAdministrator Serve as Salesforce.com administrator, coordinating with Marketing, Sales and Client Services with regard to access and content within the system Makes travel and meeting arrangements for Sales Team and VPNew Hire Process Coordinate, communicate, and setup new sales team hires Setup application logins, order equipment, business cards, promotional materials, etc.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 4-year college degree preferred Microsoft Office skills a must! Advanced Microsoft Excel + Experience with a sales force automation application (e.g. Salesforce.com) + Experience within a sales environment, +NECESSARY SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALITIES: Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects Must be a team player that works in the best interest of the organization Must have the personality to maintain a successful and positive attitude and to be resilient when presented with a challenge Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written), and organizational skills Must consistently meet documented deadlines and objectives with a high-level of quality Must maintain a positive rapport and effective working relationships with Sales team
