Description
This qualified candidate will maintain reception area operations and provide support for main office operations but preforming the following duties:
~Handles medium-sized switchboard and routes all incoming calls.
~Politely and kindly greets clients, in person or on the telephone.
~Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with office procedures and rules.
~Maintains continuity among work team by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
~Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
~Handles incoming and outgoing mail.
~Copies and files paperwork.
~Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items.
~Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
~Organizes office meetings and events.
~ Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
